Winemaking and Ageing
Tarima Monastrell 2021 is a mono-varietal of Monastrell (100%) from vineyards planted on calcareous lands located 650 meters high and with an average age of 30 years. The harvest is done manually and refined for half a year in American oak barrels. The result is a young, fruity and concentrated wine due to the climatic characteristics.

- View: Tarima Monastrell 2021 has a cherry color, intense, alive, with garnet edging. Clean and bright.
- Nose: Predominate in this wine the floral notes combined with ferrous, balsamic, licorice and compote fruit touches when it finishes opening.
- Palate: Dense wine, with wide and expansive flavors and with a frankly intoxicating sensation. Good weight in the mouth, juicy and persistent.
