Winemaking and aging


Hombros 2013 is a Mencía grape varietal . They come from vineyards between 50 and 100 years old. The harvest is done manually.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 25ºC in 10,000 liter tanks. Later the malolactic fermentation takes place in French and American oak barrels.

The aging lasts a minimum period of 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
