Winemaking and Ageing
Tilenus Pagos de Posada 2016 is made 100% with Mencía grapes, from almost centenary vines (very low yield) planted on hillsides of difficult mechanical access, at about 600-800 meters above sea level. After the harvest, manual and carefully selected, the winemaking process is followed. The wine takes 14-16 months aging in French oak barrels. It is not filtered or clarified.
