Borsao Tinto Selección 2022 is a blend of 85% Garnacha, 5% Syrah, 10% Tempranillo. Cold maceration for 3-4 days and in total between 10-12 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22 to 24ºC.
Clarification with egg albumin and static stabilization by cold.
