Viña Tondonia Reserva is a blend of Tempranillo (75%), Garnacha (15%), Graciano and Mazuelo (10%). It has an aging in barrel for 6 years with 2 racking per year, is clarified with fresh egg whites and once bottled has a period of rest before going on the market. This wine is bright ruby color with fine vanilla aromas and a dry, soft and round flavor. Viña Tondonia reserva is perfect to accompany meats, semi-cured cheeses and sausages.
