Winemaking and Ageing
Habla de ti... is fermented for about 2 months in a stainless steel tank. Fermentation temperature from 9 to 10ºC. Aged for approximately 5 months in storage on its own lees.
Bodegas Habla intends to pay tribute, with his name, to Michelangelo, architect, sculptor and Italian Renaissance painter. They say that when he saw his work "Moisés" finished, after hitting him with the hammer, he told him; "Speak!". So perfect that it looked real.
