The Andeluna winery was finished building in 2005 with the latest technology, with a building design that enhances the architecture of the area. It covers an area of more than 4500 square meters, with controlled temperature and humidity.

Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2014 is an 100% Malbec momovarietal. The grapes used were extracted entirety from vineyards located in Tupungato, Mendoza, at more than 1300m. The grapes are manually harvested at early hours, making a pre-selection in the vineyard. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures and fermentation by means of selected yeasts in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature that oscillates at 26ºC. Three daily remounts and one to two delestage per day. Aged in French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months to be then stowed in bottles to remain a minimum of 8 months, before its release.
Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2014 is ideal to accompany hot dishes such as lentils, roasted red meats and desserts such as chocolate mousse and hazelnuts.
Decant and serve at 16 ° C.
