Juan Gil Blue Label 2016 is a wine with Cabernet Sauvignon, Monastrell and Syrah. The grapes used to obtain this wine come from old vineyards. Calcareous and stony soils, very poor in nutrients, are ideal for cultivating the Monastrell variety with a low yield of around 2,500 Kg / Ha. After de-stemming, the grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks and allowed to ferment for 20-25 days at 25ºC.
The malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging of 18 months is carried out in French oak barrels. Juan Gil Label Azul is one of Jumilla's most complex wines, mature, structured, and very persistent, perfect example of the benefits of good aging.
Juan Gil Blue Label 2016 is ideal to accompany all kinds of seasoned rice and meats, vegetables and stews in general, mushrooms, game meats and older, cheeses, lamb roasts...
The most suitable consumption temperature is 15ºC. When it is time to keep it, it is important to keep it as much as possible at a constant temperature.
