Winemaking and Ageing
992 Finca Rio Negro 2020 is a blend of the Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Harvesting and manual selection. Maceration between 12 and 15 days at 22º C. Completion of malolactic fermentation. Aging on its fine lees for 2 months in storage and then 7 months in French (40%) and American (60%) oak barrels, with medium toasting in both cases.
