Winemaking and aging
Gargalo Godello 2022 is a 100% Godello monovarietal wine. Own vineyards and special selection of old vineyards of the Monterrei Valley, in granite and slate soils.
Manual harvest and grape selection in the cellar. Once the alcoholic fermentation is over, it remains about 4 months in the same tank. It is bottled after clarifying and filtering.
