Winemaking and Ageing

Waltraud 2019 born from the best vintages of Riesling, one of the most aromatic varieties in wine.

After entering in the winery, the grapes undergo a first fermentation process. Vinification of the wine is produced in stainless steel to less than 20º controlled temperature.
