It is a perfect wine to accompany meat, sausage or cheese.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eElaboration\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt all starts from the 32 microplots located in the Navatalgordo and \u003cstrong\u003eSierra de Gredos\u003c\/strong\u003e municipalities (Ávila) at 1,100 meters above sea level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe soils on which the vineyards grow are granite sand and the climate that prevailed during 2018 was a very cold winter leading to a late vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe harvest was manual and, subsequently, they were sent to tanks made of different materials -stainless steel, concrete and French oak barrels- for the vatting process.
