Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay 2023 is a young white wine made for a modern palate.

Founded in 1964, Jean Leon is today a winery owned by the Torres group, but maintains the spirit and philosophy of its creator, Jean Leon, a character closely linked to the world of Hollywood cinema and glamor of the 50s and 60s.

Preparation and aging

Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay 2023 is made with grapes from vines planted in 1991 and the harvest is done manually. Fermentation, at a temperature of 15º, takes place for 21 days. It is then aged in French oak barrels for two months.
