The grapes used to make this wine are harvested manually and in 16 kilogram boxes, to preserve the quality as much as possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter being destemmed and pressed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and cold to preserve the aroma.
