Luis Cañas Reserva is a red wine made with the Tempranillo (95%) and Graciano (5%) varieties. The aging of this wine takes place in two-year-old French oak (70%) and American oak (30%) barrels. It ages for 18 months in barrels and finally rests for 18 months in the bottle before being marketed. This wine is ruby ​​colored, clean and bright, with aromas of red fruits with a balsamic background and a smooth, fresh flavor with a long finish. Luis Cañas Reserva is perfect to accompany roast pork, big game, oily fish, poultry, cured cheeses and roasted red meats.
