Malleolus is a red wine made with 100% fine ink. The wine spends 18 days in maceration with its skins and is aged for 18 months in new French Allier oak barrels until it is bottled. This wine has a ripe cherry color, with an aroma of black fruit, balsamic notes and aromatic wood and has a powerful and balanced flavor, with a velvety palate and hints of black fruit. Malleolus is perfect to accompany meat rice and spicy stews.
