Altos de Torona 2016 is made with a percentage of 85% Albariño, 10% Caiño and 5% Loureira.
The harvest is done separately and manually from the different varieties once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness point.
Crushed, destemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to transform into wine. Aging on fine lees for four months, providing a greater unctuousness and uniqueness to the wine.
