Winemaking and Ageing
Terras Gauda 2023 macerated cold of varying lengths depending on the variety. The fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.
After adding natural yeasts extracted from the winery's own vineyards, the wine is cold stabilized, filtered and finally bottled.
