Pepe Yllera Roble 2016 grows in vineyards with an age of between 15 and 30 years.
Manual harvest. Double grape selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation at 28º in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation. Clarification and trasiegos.
Later it goes to barrels and to bottle. 6 months in American and French oak barrels and a minimum of 6 in the bottle.
