Winemaking and Aging
Pepe Yllera Roble 2016 grows in vineyards with an age of between 15 and 30 years.
Manual harvest. Double grape selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation at 28º in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation. Clarification and trasiegos.
Later it goes to barrels and to bottle. 6 months in American and French oak barrels and a minimum of 6 in the bottle.

- Nose: Powerful nose, with aromas of red and black fruits along with spicy notes (vanilla, licorice ...) and balsamic (eucalyptus) contributed by a large wood.
- Palate: Mouth soft and velvety, silky, wide, sweet and kind, pleasant acidity that does not bother, and makes it very fresh with a long finish and an aftertaste of berries and vanilla.
