Winemaking and Aging
Rento 2014 is a Tempranillo grape varietal. The harvest is done manually and transported to the cellar in boxes of 20 kilograms. The grapes come from vineyards of 25 years of age.
The fermentation lasts between 10 and 14 days in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26ºC. The aging takes place in new oak barrels. Once bottled it rests for some time before going out to the market.
