Pago de Carraovejas Crianza 2016 is a blend of 79% Tinto Fino, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot. The Pago de Carraovejas Crianza grape is selected in the field by the vineyard staff throughout the vegetative cycle of the plant. It is harvested by hand and arrives in a cellar in small, vibrant stainless steel trailers, which will spoil every movement of the grape. De-stemmed without squeezing, in very wide tanks for a better extraction of flavors, aromas and color.
Aging of 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Clarification with natural egg white.
Pago de Carraovejas Crianza 2016 is ideal to accompany dishes such as suckling pig, roast kid and Iberian pork tenderloin.
