Winemaking and Ageing
Viña Mayor Crianza 2020 is monovarietal Tempranillo grapes, manually selected and harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature and frequency controlled automatically remounted. The post-fermentation maceration for about 18 days.
Aging in French oak mostly a small percentage of American high-quality, medium toasted and 225 liters capacity. Time spent in wood, at least 12 months. Bottle aging between 6 and 10 months.
