Tomás Postigo 2017, made with Tinto Fino 88%, Cabernet Sauvignon 6%, Merlot 4.5% and Malbec 1.5% grapes, Selected vineyards located between 750 and 1,000 m altitude and between 37 plots of 15 municipalities of the Ribera del Duero.
This winery, without any own vineyards, carries out a selection process, in close collaboration with the wine growers of the area, of different plots and in different municipalities pursuing the best grapes.

The grapes enter healthy and dry, with good weather and without rain, with yields well below expectations. In the winery the grape movement is by gravity, without pumps, gently. The grapes arrive destemmed and whole to the deposit. Clarified with natural egg white.
The soils are chalky, sandy loam soils predominate, with stones and medium-sized pebbles. It ages for 12 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters, from different forests.
