Corimbo I 2014 is made with grapes from the Tinta del País variety. The harvest is done manually and the grape undergoes a strict selection process. The process of elaboration begins with a maceration of the grape. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak vats while the malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.
Corimbo I 2014 goes through an aging of 16 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. It is stabilized by natural means and clarified with egg albumin.
