Winemaking and Ageing

Biberius 2019 is made from grapes harvested manually in boxes. Own yeast fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and concrete. Crianza of 3 to 5 months in French oak barrels and American 3 years. Carified and filtered just before bottling.
