Winemaking and aging
Protos Reserva 2018 is a wine with Appellation of Origin Ribera del Duero, made with 100% Tempranillo grape. The harvest of these grapes is done manually and in boxes of 20 kg.
In terms of ageing, Protos Reserva remains a minimum of 18 months in American and French oak barrels, and then rests in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months.
