Elaboration
Arzuaga Crianza 2019 is a blend of 90% Tinto Fino, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness in boxes of 15 kg. The bunches pass through the selection table and then destemmed, the grapes are incubated in stainless steel tanks, kept a few days in cold, with a slow alcoholic fermentation at about 27º C.
A maturing of 16 months in 50% French oak and 50% American barrels makes a powerful and fruity wine, but with elegance and finesse.
Arzuaga Crianza 2019 Tasting Notes
- View: Arzuaga Crianza 2019 has a cherry red colour with ruby edges, with a nice shine.
- Nose: Aromas of very complex wine, full of fruity overtones with roasted notes. It is a wine in continuous evolution, alive and fresh.
- Palate: Balanced and dense, it fills the mouth with a multitude of fruity and creamy sensations. It is tasty and elegant, perfect to pair with a multitude of dishes. It is a wine that does not leave indifferent because of the good sensations it brings.
Pairing
Arzuaga Crianza 2019 is ideal to accompany meats such as cheeks or oxtail, complex stews with garnish, grilled red meats and roasted lamb.
It is advisable to consume this red wine at a temperature of 16ºC.
