Winemaking and Ageing
Viña Sastre Crianza 2019 is a single varietal Tempranillo. The grapes grown in vineyards of 20 to 60 years, at an altitude of 800m, on the slopes of the Duero River in the town of Roa ( Burgos) headquarters of the cellar La Horra.
Viña Sastre Crianza is made using traditional methods, therefore not mineral fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides are used. After maceration and fermentation Viña Sastre Crianza is aged for 14 months in barrels of French and American oak with four rackings.

- Nose: Powerful and complex. Aromas of black fruit (cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and some vanilla).
