Winemaking and Aging
Malleolus by Sancho Martín 2018 is a 100% Tinto Fino monovarietal wine. The grapes were destemmed and then macerated in cold. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and carried out the malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.
