Plácet de Valtomelloso Blanco 2018 is 100% made from the Viura variety. The grapes come from vineyards over 20 years old planted on calcareous-clayey terrains slopes gently sloping. For the elaboration, after a despalillado and a maceration of 8 hours, the must ferments at low temperature with its fine lees in ovals of oak (small barrels).

In the same oak ovals, Herencia Remondo Plácet Valtomelloso spends an aging of 11 months also on its own lees.
