Winemaking and Aging
Altanza Club 2015 is a 100% Tempranillo monovarietal. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 16 days, plus another 14 approximately of maceration. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
Aging of 18 months in new French oak barrels from L'Adour and 3 months in French oak barrels of 22,000 liters from the Seguin Moureau barrels.

- Nose: The nose is deep and elegant, reminiscent of black fruits such as currants, well assembled with smoked and wood. It has a great aromatic power.
- Palate: Warm in the mouth with a powerful and lively step that is harmonious as a whole. It is round and meaty, gives a feeling of spaciousness in the mouth, with a long aftertaste and clear memory of the black fruits that leave a long aftertaste.
