Cirsion 2017 is a red wine made from the Tempranillo and Graciano grape varieties. Application of own research on polymerization of tannins and anthocyanins. Fermentation in oak vats, with controlled temperature.

Aging in 100% new French oak barrels.

Cirsion 2017 Tasting Notes

• View: Cirsion has a dark cherry colour with a deep red border.
• Nose: Very intense, the aromas overflow the cup filling the space. Ripe black fruits with very fresh red notes that leave the wood in a secondary plane. Subtle aromatic herbs, fennel and fine licorice. In the background you can appreciate the aromas of the humid earth and violets.
• Palate: Voluminous, a caressing drink that expands when entering the mouth. Very fine and silky tannin. Black fruit with fresh red sparkles. Very powerful retronasal path in which, in waves, the notes seen on the nose are appreciated. Very pleasant to feel at the same time the touch of silk in the mouth with the aromas entering through the back of the nose with marked fruit flavors and the sensation of freshness and elegance.
