Winemaking and Aging
Sierra Cantabria Reserva Única 2015 is made with Tempranillo and Graciano grape varieties. It is made from vineyards on property located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja). Cultivation of integrated agriculture, respectful of the environment, in harmony with the biorhythms of nature. Traditional elaboration, 100% de-stemmed. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aging of 24 months in Bordeaux barrels of French oak (60%) and American oak (40%), 30% new and 70% cask of a maximum of 3 wines.
