Barón de Ley is located in the Monastery of Imas in Mendavia, restored in the years 95 and 96, its furniture and decoration takes us to past centuries.

 

 

 

 

Winemaking and Aging

Barón de Ley Varietales Tempranillo 2012 is a Tempranillo grape varietal from the Carboneras estate. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in these tanks for 15 days at 20ºC. Finally the aging lasts 12 months in new American oak barrels.
