Winemaking and Aging
Barón de Ley Varietales Tempranillo 2012 is a Tempranillo grape varietal from the Carboneras estate. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in these tanks for 15 days at 20ºC. Finally the aging lasts 12 months in new American oak barrels.
