Amaren Crianza 2015, made with Tempranillo and Garnacha, is in our opinion an elegant and very well balanced wine. A wine to enjoy.
Amaren, in Basque means of the mother, was born with the 1995 harvest as a tribute to Angeles, mother of the winemaker Juan Luis Cañas, who since then pursuits perfection in the vineyard, its selection, processing and aging to get wines that thrill.

Amaren Crianza 2015 is a coupage of Tempranillo 85% and Garnacha 15%. Manual harvest, collected in baskets and moved to cellar for selection in double table, first bunches and then grains. Only the perfect grains will continue their process. Both varieties have been harvested, elaborated and bred separately in order to extract their maximum potential from each one and subsequently create an aromatic set.
The Tempranillo brings finesse and elegance typical of this variety and faithful expression of the characteristics of the best soils of Rioja Alavesa. Garnacha is the ideal complement to transmit to the wine its particular notes of red fruit. Aged in barrels for 12 months.
Amaren Crianza 2015 is ideal to accompany cured cheeses, sausages and lamb stewed.
