Elaboration
Izadi Crianza 2020 is a Tempranillo monovarietal. Vintage Manual. After a destemmed and lightly crushed, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, it also performs the malolactic in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 14 months in American (73%) and French (27%) oak barrels. 20% of the barrels are new and the rest is distributed in different ages up to a total of 4 years.
