Elaboration

Izadi Larrosa 2021 is a monovarietal of Grenache from vineyards over 50 years old at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The harvest is done naturally. Suffers an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, it is clarified and filtered.
