Winemaking and aging
Sierra Cantabria Cuvee 2018 is a Tempranillo monovarietal grows in vines planted in the 80's in a sandy soil, with traces of gravel and pebbles.
Traditional elaboration method, 100% de-stemmed and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
It ages for 12 months in Bordeaux barrels of French oak (85%), American oak (15%) and new cask (40%).

- View: Sierra Cantabria Cuvee 2018 has a cherry red color well covered, with bluish and ruby rim. Medium-high layer, clean and very bright.
- Nose: Elegant and intense nuances. Presence of black and red fruit and spicy notes. Toasted and mineral memories.
- Palate: It is tasty, well structured, with good balance, developing all the character of mature tannins of great quality. It shows elegant, with very good concentration of fruit, broad and persistent, excelling the notes of coffee, cocoa and red fruits. Broad finish with delicate notes of spices and oaks, long and intense.
