Winemaking and Ageing
Honoro Vera Rioja 2021 is made with the Tempranillo grape variety from vineyards planted in limestone soils rich in clay, between 15 and 60 years old. The fermentation lasts 15 days and is produced in stainless steel tanks. The aging, which only takes place in 10% of the wine, stays 5 months in French oak barrels.
