Winemaking and Ageing
Edulis Crianza 2020 is made by a traditional winemaking. The fermentation is performed in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28 °C for 12 to 15 days. Then macerated with the skins which lasts 10 days.
After malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, Edulis Crianza 2014 spends 12 months aging in barrels of French and American oak, and then it ages for 12 months in bottle.
