Winemaking and aging
Martivillí 2022 is a single varietal from Verdejo. The grape harvest is done mechanically thanks to new technologies. The mechanical harvest is carried out at night to avoid oxidation of the musts.
The must fermentes at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
