Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a monovarietal of the French Sauvignon Blanc variety. Once the harvest is done, Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc goes through a period of cold maceration. Afterwards, the must is extracted and clarified and a slow fermentation is carried out with the intention of preserving the grapes aromas.
This process is carried out under a temperature between 13º and 15º. Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc finally ages in contact with its lees.
