Winemaking and Ageing
Viñas del Vero Gewürztraminer 2023 is made with the variety Gewürztraminer, variety from Central Europe. The grapes come from vineyards owned by El Enebro Pago.
The elaboration begins with a nocturn selection and harvest. Once in the cellar, a cold maceration and a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10-12ºC is carried out. After the winemaking process, the wine is clarified, filtered and stabilized cold until bottled.
