Winemaking and Aging
Viñas del Vero Merlot 2020 makes its harvest at dawn, to keep the fruit in the best possible condition. After destemming, the grapes are cooled to a temperature of 8ºC to keep it in the maceration tank. The fermentation takes place during 2 days, and after the discovery the wine goes to the barrels.
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
