Avancia Godello 2019 is a monovarietal of the variety Godello. The grapes come from old 40-year-old vineyards planted on terraces on slopes at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level. The floors are limestone soils with some granite, which gives the wine a very special minerality. The harvest is done manually, in small boxes that avoid any unwanted break before reaching the cellar. Upon arrival at the winery, a selection of the best grapes is made.
The fermentation takes place in large barrels of 500-600 liters of French oak, where it is aged for 7 months.
