Winemaking and aging

Guitian Godello 2022 is made from grape Godello de las Bodegas A Tapada which is cooled with dry ice to reach the facility.

Pressed very gently begins a brief maceration of a few hours and alcoholic fermentation. All of Guitian Godello 2017 wine is made in stainless steel tanks. Given the difficulty of the harvest of that year, the winery decided that the wine sit for 8 months on its lees in deposits.
