Vermouth Lacuesta Reserva
Vermouth Lacuesta Reserva was created by Félix Martínez Lacuesta (Haro, 1873-1922) founder of the cellar, and first president of the National Association of Wine Growers and Industries of La Rioja.
Martínez Lacuesta started selling wines and soft drinks in Calle de la Vega, in Haro. Since then the Martínez Lacuesta cellar continues to belong, uniquely and exclusively, to this family.
Vermouth Lacuesta Reserva is elaborated with a traditional and artisanal system, using natural aromatic plants and herbs to cold macerate the base white wine, a brief period of aging and aging of 7 months is added in new Allier French oak barrels with a medium roasted.
The result is this bitter vermouth, aromatic, of intense color, with roasted reminds and with that peculiar flavor that reminds us of traditional vermouth.
