Breca 2016 is 100% made with the Garnacha Tinta variety. The grapes come from old vineyards planted between 1925 and 1945, on hill tops of 900m, on clay soils of decomposed slate. The vineyards grow under a very dry continental climate, of great thermal contrasts and with frosts during the winter months.
The elaboration of Breca begins with a manual selection at the table. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank and a maceration of between ten to twelve days at a temperature of 26-28C.
Breca 2016 is ideal to accompany big game, red meat and rice with grilled meats.
Buying Breca 2016 in En Copa de Balón is easy, convenient, and with the guarantee to get the best wine at the best price, and in perfect condition.
