Winemaking and Ageing

El Rincon 2018 is made with the 97% Syrah and 3% Garnacha varieties. The vineyards are in high trellises that allow an excellent illumination of the leaves and use irrigation and fertirrigation systems by underground drip. Management based on deficit irrigation using digital sensors. Manual harvest followed by de-stemming and discharge by peristaltic pumps in the fermentation tanks.

Prolonged maceration of up to four weeks and aging in new French Allier oak barrels for ten months. Wine is not subject to clarification or filtering.
