Winemaking and Ageing
Tagonius Crianza 2020 passes through a cold maceration for 5-12 days depending on variety. malolactic fermentation is also made in steel tank careful temperated and controlled fermentation. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 10-14 months, then ages in the bottle for another 18 months before sale.

- Nose: Great intensity, enticing fruit-forward aromas of blackberry, currant and black cherry, tropical tones and mineral (graphite), roasted (candy, cocoa), undergrowth, cigar box (cedar), balsamic and spicy.
- Palate: Straightforward, well polished tannins, good structure on the palate, fleshy. Good balance between acidity and alcohol, elegant and balanced.
